3. Collection method
Data is collected directly from you by electronic and partly automated means through the registration form, account and subscription actions, and security records. Your password is not stored in plain text.
4. Recipient groups and purposes
Data may be disclosed to authorised personnel to provide the service and support; secure hosting, email, and information-security providers; relevant payment and financial providers only where a payment or billing process begins; and competent authorities where legally required.
5. Retention
Account and contract records are retained throughout the relationship. Contract, subscription, and financial records are retained after the relationship for no more than 10 years, subject to applicable statutory and limitation periods. Security records are retained for no more than 24 months unless a security incident or legal duty requires longer retention.
6. Rights and requests
For your rights under Article 11, send an identity-verifiable request from the email address registered in our systems to turkayaltintas@smartermoment.com, to the KEP address shown on this page if available, or through another written method accepted by law. Requests are resolved within thirty days according to their nature.
