1. Scope
Smarter Moment Limited A.Ş. may contact you about product releases, campaigns, events, training, research, surveys, and relevant commercial opportunities by email, SMS, and phone call.
- Giving consent permits marketing communications to your work email.
- Giving consent permits text messages to the phone number supplied.
- Giving consent permits marketing calls to the phone number supplied.
- The single marketing consent covers all three communication channels together.
2. Voluntary and separate choice
Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition for a response to your quote or demo request or for using SmarterMoment. The box is not preselected. Responding to the requested quote does not constitute marketing consent.
This choice is separate from the Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.
Consent given electronically is confirmed to the relevant contact address on the same day, stating the channels covered by the consent and an available refusal method.
3. Data and recipients
Name, company, selected contact address, channel choice, consent time, document version, and one-way hashed technical evidence are processed. Data may be disclosed only to authorised communication vendors and parties involved in the Turkish Message Management System process.
4. Withdrawal
You may withdraw at any time through the method in each message, the Message Management System, or turkayaltintas@smartermoment.com. Marketing on the relevant channel will stop within the statutory period and no later than three business days.
Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Consent and refusal evidence is retained for 3 years after consent ends.
