Customer Intelligence

More than a record. Your customer’s story.

A product view, a cart, an order. Bring scattered signals into one profile, understand your customers and make their next experience more relevant.

AUDIENCE BUILDING

More relevant experiences start with the right audience.

Combine spend, order count, recent activity and profile fields to create dynamic segments. Manage static lists with manual membership for specific operations.

Dynamic segments

Audiences evaluated using customer activity and your defined conditions.

Static audiences

Fixed lists with membership that your team manages directly.

Questions, answered.

How do dynamic segments and static lists differ?

Dynamic segments are evaluated from customer data using your defined conditions. With static lists, your team manages membership manually and directly.

What does RFM show?

RFM combines recency, frequency and monetary value to help you understand customer groups. The examples on this page are not real customer records or performance results.

Does segment membership grant communication consent?

No. Segment membership is not communication consent. Messaging workflows remain subject to the relevant channel’s consent and suppression checks.
