2. Data, purposes, and legal grounds
The notice acknowledgement is not consent. Leaving the separate marketing-consent box unchecked does not prevent assessment of the demo or quote request.

3. Collection method
Data is collected directly from you by electronic and partly automated means through information entered into this form and limited technical records created when it is submitted.
4. Recipient groups and purposes
Data may be disclosed to authorised sales and support staff to answer the request; hosting, security, and email providers bound by confidentiality to host and transmit the form securely; and competent authorities where legally required.
If you select a marketing preference, the contact address, channel, and consent record may be disclosed only for communication and preference management to authorised communication providers, the Message Management System, and any authorised IYS integrator.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful demo and quote records are retained for no more than 24 months after the last interaction. Marketing consent and refusal evidence is retained for 3 years after consent ends. Only necessary records are retained longer where required by a legal dispute or competent authority.
6. Rights and requests
For your rights under Article 11, send an identity-verifiable request from the email address registered in our systems to turkayaltintas@smartermoment.com, to the KEP address shown on this page if available, or through another written method accepted by law. Requests are resolved within thirty days according to their nature.
